Bolton
Phoenix proudly delivered a £1.5 million sustainable new-build in Bolton. This spacious property includes 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 additional toilets, 2 kitchens, a rear garden, and a garage. With meticulous planning and a focus on contemporary design, this build represents our commitment to luxurious and environmentally responsible living.
Using high-quality, eco-conscious materials and systems, the result is a modern home that balances sustainability with premium features—showcasing our capability in large-scale, high-end developments.
Care Home
Our sustainable care facility construction combines modern care needs with environmentally friendly building practices. The development features 16 multiple-occupancy rooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, underfloor heating, and communal shower rooms, all tailored for resident comfort. Two spacious two-bedroom apartments are also included for those with more specific needs.
Built with a steel frame and sustainable materials, the site integrates solar panels and high-temperature air source heat pumps to improve energy efficiency. The final design blends seamlessly into the surrounding environment, supported by thoughtfully planned external landscaping.
Franchise Street
This renovation in Derby has seen two houses converted into a high-spec, 12-bedroom HMO. The property features a premium finish with a sleek, modern design. Each side of the HMO includes its own communal kitchen and shared spaces.
We worked closely with the client to meet all requirements, resulting in a highly desirable property tailored for young professionals looking for contemporary shared accommodation.
Warehouse
Our latest warehouse conversion turned a neglected industrial space into a clean, modern commercial unit. The project included a complete roof replacement, full rewiring of the electrics, and the installation of modern, efficient lighting.
We removed unnecessary internal structures to simplify the layout and white-boxed the office space, creating a bright, flexible environment ready for future tenants. This transformation demonstrates our ability to unlock value in overlooked properties through smart design and practical renovation.
